Kim Andereck, pictured left, is a real estate broker and principal in Grubb & Ellis|Wyoming, a national commercial and investment brokerage firm headquartered in Cheyenne. Kim also owns Andereck Investment Properties, an executive home rental affiliate that owns, manages and leases commercial spaces, upscale rental homes and apartments in the Cheyenne area. He is a real estate developer of Gateway South Development, a 42 acre mixed-use commercial project in South Cheyenne. Kim is an owner of the Marriott SpringHill Suites Hotel in Cheyenne.

Awards and Recognition. Kim was awarded the Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal by the National Republican Congressional Committee in 2005. Three-time corporate recipient of the J. D. Power and Associates Award for Customer Satisfaction in Real Estate, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Named the 2006 Wyoming Businessman of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council, Washington, DC.
Appointments. Kim was appointed to and served on the United States Senate Business Advisory Committee, Washington, DC, from 1984 to 1988. He was named Honorary Chairman for the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council, Washington, DC, 2005. Appointed to membership on the Presidential Business Commission, Washington, DC, 2006 and 2007. Kim serves on the Laramie County Commission Building Department Advisory Committee and has been a Corporate Pacesetter Chairman for United Way of Laramie County.
