Andereck Investment Properties is a hotel developer in the Midwest and Rocky Mountain states.  

We build, own and operate our hotels, as well as develop for others.  Currently, we own and operate three hotels in the city of Cheyenne.  A Home2 Suites is under construction in Mason City, IA, and is scheduled to open in late 2026. 

TRU by HILTON.  Tru was announced as a new brand for the Hilton system in 2016.  Our group was one of the first franchise licenses granted by Hilton.  Construction was completed in July 2018, and our 90-room hotel was the third Tru to open its doors.  Today, there are 300+ Tru hotels worldwide and growing.

SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT.  We constructed and opened the 96-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel in 2008.  At the time, we were the first Marriott-branded hotel in the entire state of Wyoming.  Today, nine Marriotts operate in Wyoming.

There are now over 600 Springhill Suites in the U. S.

GRAND TETON RESORTS.  In 2025, Grand Teton Resorts, LLC, was formed and is currently seeking Rocky Mountain acquisition projects in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho.
