Kim Andereck, pictured left, is a hotel owner and developer, broker, sales professional and investor with offices in San Antonio, TX, and Cheyenne, WY.
Career. Kim's career has included management roles with Holiday Inn Miami Beach Convention Center and Westin Crown Center Hotel in Kansas City. His restaurant assignments include Vice President-level positions with Steak n Shake, Bennigan's, Tony Roma's and Friendly's. Kim is the Responsible Broker at Andereck Investment Properties, a Cheyenne commercial brokerage.

Awards and Recognition. Kim was awarded the Ronald Reagan Republican Gold Medal by the National Republican Congressional Committee in 2004. He is a three-time corporate recipient of the J. D. Power and Associates Award for Customer Satisfaction in Real Estate, 2004, 2005 and 2006; and was named Wyoming Businessman of the Year in 2006, by the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council, Washington, DC.
Appointments. Kim was appointed to and served on the United States Senate Business Advisory Committee, Washington, DC, from 1984 to 1988. He was named Honorary Chairman for the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council, Washington, DC, 2005. Appointed to membership on the Presidential Business Commission, Washington, DC, 2006 and 2007. Appointed to the Laramie County Commission Building Department Advisory Committee and has been a Corporate Pacesetter Chairman for United Way of Laramie County.
2026 is Kim's 13th year serving on Baylor University's Ambassador Board for the Professional Selling Program at Hankamer School of Business.
